We believe in the transformative power of the Oxyleaf H14. If you don't notice a significant improvement in your indoor air quality and breathing comfort within 30 days of delivery, you can return the unit for a full refund.

Return Policy Rules

• The unit must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
• The unit must show no signs of physical abuse or liquid damage.
• The included H14 filter must not have been used in extremely hazardous environments outside of standard residential or office use (e.g., active construction sites).

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team at support@vayu-azure.vercel.app with your order number. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours.

Warranty Coverage

All Oxyleaf Purifiers come with a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty on the Nidec motor and all electronic components.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, fan motor failure, sensor malfunction, and display panel issues.

What is NOT covered: The replacement filters (these are consumables and need replacement every 6-9 months), physical damage due to drops, power surge damage, or water damage.
